The shipping cost for orders in Italy under 21 € is 8.50 €, for orders over 21 € is free and included in the final price.
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, or by fax, or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a notice of confirmation of the order by electronic mail (e-mail), indicating the order number;
All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT for private customers. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Durnova Cosmetics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with the shipment of goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who are out of credit, or with outstanding payments or in dispute.

The invoice for orders placed on the site will be sent to the email address provided in writing by the customer at the time of order.
The shipment will be entrusted and delivered to the express courier Nexive, DHL depending on the case and convenience.
After the shipment of the goods, an email will be sent with the tracking code.
Delivery delay
All our cosmetics are produced in small batches in order to maintain the freshness, high quality and naturalness of the product and to avoid unnecessary and harmful storage in the warehouse. Since we are dealing with “fresh” products, it may happen that for different reasons related to work overload, to the availability of some ingredients or causes not depending on our will, the delivery may slip further than the fixed time. In the event that this happens, Durnova Cosmetics will undertake to refund 10% of the amount spent if the delivery is delayed by 10 working days in addition to the expected time. The refund is valid only for complaints that we will receive at the email address info@durnova.com within 8 working days from delivery. (forecast valid only in italy) From the refund are excluded orders received in the months of July, August and December.
Risk and Property
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods are shipped carriage forward, upon indication of the customer, the risk is considered to be borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its stores. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantitative and qualitative as indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed within 7 days by fax or registered mail to Durnova Cosmetics or to the sales representative. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the march must be verified within 7 days of receipt. Eventual hidden anomalies, will have to be signalled in writing to means fax or registered letter a.r. Every signalling beyond the aforesaid terms, will not be taken in consideration. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statement.
Durnova Cosmetics shall not be liable for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Durnova Cosmetics website, including for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods with the specifications published on the website, nor for any other event not directly attributable to Durnova Cosmetics.
In case of non-delivery of products due to our error, we are available to give the missing product with the next order or alternatively to refund the value of the product.

Product Availability
Since accessing and placing an order online changes product availability in real time, Durnova Cosmetics does not guarantee the certainty of delivery of the goods ordered.
Packaging and product composition
The photos of the products shown on the site are purely indicative and do not always reflect the real packaging. As we are constantly looking for formulations that improve the quality of our cosmetics, the composition of the products may change without notice.
Due to various requirements, our containers such as jars, bottles and tubes may change shape without notice and may not always reflect the image reproduced on the site.
Shipping error
It may happen, although rarely, that the order received does not conform to what was ordered.
If such shipping error is attributable to Durnova Cosmetics and recognized by Durnova Cosmetics as such, Durnova Cosmetics agrees to reimburse the customer for the cost of the missing product or the difference in quantity.
Free samples
The sending of free samples will be at our choice and discretion and may cover both the face and body line according to what is reported in the news. Durnova Cosmetics’ addition of such free samples to orders is optional and will not be guaranteed in the event of excessive lead times.
Competent forum
In case of disputes, in dealings with consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the territorial jurisdiction is attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State. In any other case will be competent the Court of Florence.
